The 5-minute walk to the Tube made exploring London easy. Great espresso machine in the room too!

Stylish and upgraded place with outstandingly accommodating employees with the excellent service from all staff.

the restaurant was excellent, excellent service, outstanding food. i had the suite with all needed, the breakfasts were reasonably good. the location was great - just walking distance from everywhere i wanted to go.

Fairly clean place in sleek style with all necessary facilities. A bar in the lobby, convenient.

Interesting place for exploring London. Marvellous and efficient location adjacent to Putney town centre and the bridge, shops and tube, and good service. Cosy atmosphere and night bar.

Bustling area.

The service was very good, good breakfast and relatively good location too. Very clean room and good equipment,

The price, but that is probably more to do with the city of London than with the hotel

The staff was very friendly, the service good.

The room in the front, old part of the hotel was loud (airplane and street noise), also because the windows are old and poorly insulated. In the bathroom the walls/ceilings were partly dirty and the white of the joints between the floor tiles had broken out in many places.

I didnt have to travel far to get to where i wanted to go...

Woken up at 8am from workers hammering outside the window, and all they were doing was building a small shed for wheelie bins. At that time of morning and job considered, was really a need for such a job necessary ? And a saturday morning at that. Also corridors very noisy from hollow floorboards. Could hear every persons walk by. Small quiet bar and not great opening times. Residents bar is a locked fridge with whom the reception keep the key. My room was fine(execuctive) but the other parties said their rooms were so small that when you get out of bed your standing in the bathroom.

Ability to park my car. Proximity to East Putney tube. Friendly receptionist.

There was no one serving at the bar on the one occasion I wanted a drink and I felt as though I was being a nuisance in getting the bar person to leave whatever she was doing behind reception and serve me.

Comfortable, clean, car park and near to Wimbledon

The Hotel didn't even have bar meals after 10:00pm, which for a city hotel, catering for Wimbledon guests, who are often not arriving back until then is quite poor. Bar meals should be served until at least 11:00pm.

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy feel and a super comfy bed. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a great variety and quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, and we especially appreciated the fully equipped gym for a quick workout before our meetings.

No issues worth mentioning.
